Matt founded Amplir to build software the way it should be built — shipped early, hardened from day one, and owned end to end. He leads engineering across the company's core disciplines: real-time data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI-integrated products.

He works hands-on with clients as an embedded technical lead or full delivery owner, pairing deep engineering with an AI-accelerated delivery model that lets a small, senior team move at the pace of a much larger one.
